Preabeach Villas invites you to discover and enjoy every bit of this "hidden" place of Ceará. From the buggy or ATV, horseback riding, hiking to adventures with Kitesurfing (which is the favorite sport of the region, due to the excellent wind conditions). But we do not stop here because we can customize each of these options for you and still customize your idea of leisure with the local ingredients.

The Preabeach Villas cherish harmony between humans and the environment, thus preserving nature as it was when we arrived. The wind of the region provides incredible experiences of contact with nature, through the practice of kitesurfing. We value the local handicraft, so much that most of our facilities we made by the local people, with material from the region.

We have some great and important news: you will eat very well at our restaurant! During the day, the vibe is very informal, meaning you can go wearing sandals, barefoot or even wet. At night, you can enjoy a more intimate and cozy environment. Our restaurant offers dishes typical of Brazilian gastronomy, such as fish, shrimp, octopus, salads in general, not forgetting the beloved açaí, and a delicious French dessert. All our dishes are produced in our kitchen, with fresh and local ingredients.

Our whole family practices Kite Surf and we are always happy to share our passion and experience in the sport. If you have never tried and always dreamed of practicing, our instructors will be happy to help (in Portuguese, English or French). The best time for kitesurfing is from July to December, and may extend until February. During this period, we have winds that vary from 20 to 30 km/hr. Our school is an F-ONE PRO KITE CENTER, with high quality equipment and a good storage structure. We can also rent the equipment to those who already ktie.
