The region offers a stroll along the beaches of Pontal de Maceió and Barra, neighboring localities of the Hotel, which are authentic fishermen's villages that maintain the charm and tranquility of the eastern Brazilian coastline. Horseback riding, buggy and ATV rides (passing through nearby beaches and caves), kitesurfers (IKO Center) and boat ride along the Jaguaribe River.

The Lodges have mashrabiyas that allow the abundant circulation of the sea breeze and dispense with the use of air-conditioning, avoiding the emission of polluting gases. The entire Hotel is built with reforested wood and on stilts, keeping the dunes untouched and allowing its displacement without interference. The TV is exchanged for the exuberant view of our natural beauties and by kitesurfers doing professional maneuvers. We conduct campaigns for waste sorting and recycling, and thus preserving the fauna and flora (mangroves and dunes) of our region.

The wind season in the region begins at the beginning of August and lasts until the end of November. In the other months it is possible to have days with abundant winds, but they do not happen constantly. The Jaguaribe Lodgeis situated in front of a sea arm, and when the tide is low, it becomes a large lagoon with shallow and warm waters, an environment conducive to learning and practicing the sport.
